My role in Training and Development has me creating eLearnings, assigning eLearnings, and ensuring they're completed on-time to ensure compliance. I seek out new trainings and facilitate the company Orientation. I'm often using Cornerstone, Lectora, Trint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previously I've worked in Telecommunications since 2013 for the same company, receiving promotions for Lead and Facilitator. I train new hires and current employees in classroom and lab setting, both in person and remotely using Webex. In my free time I'm an award winning Homebrewer and have rode motorcycles for the past 18 years, the last 3 years of which I've trained new riders to ride safely and obtain there motorcycle license.
