  I am fortunate to work with people from all walks of life. My partner and I get to see the interior of many beautiful California homes. We also get to see some homes that need a lot of work.Our experience covers, bank owned, bankruptcy, probate, short sales, and standard sales. The people we work with on a daily basis include buyers/sellers, attorneys/trustees, investors, builders, escrow & title officers, mortgage lenders, contractors and several business professionals alike. We pride ourselves in being able to provide pin point pricing for our clients when they need to know the value of a property. We perform hundreds of evaluations a year, and as a result we have a very strong understanding of the real estate market at all times. We enjoy problem solving. Often times we find ourselves unraveling a puzzle to get to the end prize. Each transaction is always different from the last one, and it keeps us on our toes.Our territory ranges from Santa Barbara all the way to San Diego, and we are based out of Los Angeles.
