Aside from job experience, I've put in over two hundred hours of community service from both high school requirements and the volunteer work I accomplished with BSA Troop 105. Most notably I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, which only two percent of scouts across the nation are able to earn. Many of these projects, whether or not they were organized by myself, allowed me to learn many positive work-skills that I demonstrate in professional environments. These skills also aided me in the couple years I managed the band I helped to start, connecting with venues and other professionals. Over anything I value endurance; to not give in to the easy route and push forward. The strongest of leaders empower those they lead to work as a team and set goals each and every day. I believe building social bridges with co-workers is essential to a productive and healthy work environment that ultimately is far more attractive to customers.
