I am able to troubleshoot and perform in depth maintenance and repairs on Sciex 4000, 5500(+), and 6500(+) mass spectrometers with Shimadzu LC components to minimize downtime and optimize lab productivity. I also have experience with LC-TOF-MS, and LC-UV for analyzing environmental samples for small molecule contaminants. Additionally, I have microbiological skills utilizing PCR and gel electrophoresis for analysis of food/beverage and environmental samples, and preparing media and growth plates for microbial isolation/colonization with aseptic technique.
