As part of an extended 14-month honeymoon, visited 35 U.S. National Parks on an 18K mile road trip, and travelled through Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, and New Zealand.

-Oversaw outreach to 1.2M name email and 100,000 person social media lists, wrote email copy, ran A/B tests, analyzed and reported on results with Blackbaud Luminate -Created and managed Online Outreach Internship, overseeing 3-5 interns annually

-Managed projects relating to all matters of organization’s c(3) & c(4) operations: executing strategic plans, fundraising, developing and implementing campaigns, etc.-Coordinated scheduling and internal communication of the Climate Action Campaign (CAC), a major coalition of the nation’s largest groups working on climate change-Created and maintained database of organization’s most important political and funder contacts, implemented system of regular communication to relevant segments-Designed and planned new online Congressional Scorecard, managed upkeep and vendor relationship-Proposed and administered organization’s multi-million dollar national budget

-Oversaw budgets, procurement, reporting and more for up to 60 campaign offices-Managed internal communication to hundreds of staff-Organized biannual, week long trainings for up to 150 staff-Analyzed and parsed data to identify areas for improvement

-Processed payroll for 12 campaign offices, with up to 250 employees-Tracked spending, income and budgets
