Responsible for creating tech specs for our vendor on large projects, implementing changes myself within the software suite for smaller projects, and providing 24/7 support to 8 plants. My MES experience has been with the Insequence Software Suite and Kepware as the middleware, along with basic experience using SQL. My background prior to moving into MES involved more of the Industrial Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer type of work. Assembly processes, equipment maintenance, station set-up, and layout design.

Plant Mes Project Lead
I was responsible for maintaining, updating, and creating MES work stations using the Insequence Software Suite. I also provided 24/7 support to the plant during MES emergencies as a first line of defense. During this role I gained basic knowledge of SQL and learned to write basic queries to extract data as requested. I also gained a basic understand of Allen-Bradley PLC's and how they interact with Kepware as the middleware for the MES system.

Responsible for maintaining the cockpit assembly area for the plant. This involved maintaining and updating assembly processes, station layouts, tool and equipment maintenance/repair, and minor MES changes. This role was in a JIT environment and required quick thinking and actions as the normal process.
