My overarching role is to deploy capital into undervalued real estate assets for high returns on investment. This is accomplished through rigorous metrics for acquisition, and executing a development strategy that is cost effective with a focus on the latest technology in building science and efficiency. Once an asset is developed I define roles for operations and onboard staff to help in day to day management. Once staff is trained, I monitor for performance and ensure customer satisfaction while in the process of acquiring our next project.
