Position Objective:Identify, design and develop AI/ML solutions to be implemented within technical information platforms to optimize and streamline data analysis, reporting, insights and modeling. This position reports to the SVP, CTO, and will work with extended team members from Data Science, Data Platforms and the Data Visualization and Insights teams. This role will perform AI research and develop tools and assets to support AI/ML solutions. In collaboration with an extended team, define, design and develop tools based on AI/ML technologies. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design, implement and execute AI/ML projects. Position Responsibilities:• Formulating, suggesting and managing data-driven projects which are geared to furthering Sunbelt’s interests• Fully vet and define AI/ML use cases and prioritize projects to maximize business impact• Work with other teams within the Technology Group to integrate the AI/ML models into production systems, applications, reports, etc.• Interpret technical data requirements and manage the development of the AI/ML insights• Suggest ways in which insights obtained might be used to inform business strategies• Ability to interact and influence senior leaders combined with ability to define problems and translate findings into a business message• Stay informed about developments in Data Science and adjacent fields to ensure that outputs are always relevant

Responsible for analyzing and researching new geographies and markets for business opportunities. Support the management team by providing market research, project management and business analysis studies. Specific projects and responsibilities will evolve over time based on priority and business/ market/ competitive context.• Contribute to business development, market intelligence, strategic planning efforts and projects, working closely with strategy and business leaders across the organization• Utilize Location Analytics to perform industry research and analyze market, competitive and customer trends utilizing a variety of data sources to help assess market opportunities• Evaluate and analyze market trends and conditions impacting the industry• Evaluate and support activities of potential acquisition targets to help ensure a robust and strategically aligned fit for the business• Analyze effectiveness of sales support programs and commission programs for new businesses including acquisitions• Assist in creating investment conclusions, related summaries and presentations for review by Executive Management • Liaise between IT, Marketing and Sales in the development of business tactics and strategies. Use influence skills to identify and align best interests among key stakeholders• Analyze technologies and business models that may impact the business or create new opportunities and make recommendations for incorporating into Business Intelligence Systems

• Manage Sales Territory Mapping process• Align Sales Support processes with CRM platform to drive both strategic and tactical opportunities to field management• Independently lead multiple levels of field management in optimizing territory mapping tools and making effective use of consistent platforms• Develop initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration • Provide reporting for key stakeholders in regards to market analysis, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Serve as primary contact for data collection pertaining to Company growth plan strategy• Utilize data service information to identify new business opportunities and support fleet planning strategy• Support both the establishment and validation of OSR territories across multiple business lines• Act as ambassador for Sales Support and liaison between cross departmental functions and business units • Maintain relevance and enhance Sunbelt’s level of sophistication with ongoing product improvements• Assist HR in confidential inquiries• Ad-hoc reporting• Supply direct functional and/or reporting guidance to one or more employees
