These updates will help standardize the HVAC systems moving forward for a more cohesive district wide system.⮚Investigating solutions for correcting the hourly work orders which are submitted by the ~4,400 district employees in the 56 schools which are spread across ~500 sq. mi⮚Help guide fellow HVAC staff with repairing and troubleshooting equipment⮚Standardized points and programs for all controllers which dated back to 1992⮚Assisted in writing the BVSD COVID reintroduction and response plan⮚Was one of the 3 regular Energy Team members who met every other month to determine how to better save energy and still help achieve School goals⮚Regularly helped the IAQ department solve and reduce concerns to indoor air.⮚Introduced and estimated tying into our various existing motion sensor networks addition in addition to adding 1,562 CO2 sensors for our remaining Student populate spaces to not only help increase IAQ but also energy savings⮚Updating and revamped the Building Automation alarming system and standardized it so that the correct and more descriptive information would be sent to the appropriate staff.
