• As the Senior Software Engineer, I lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and updating of websites, networks, applications, and systems designed and/or supported by Barron System Integration. I also am responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical support requests from our clients as well as providing basic training in the use of Microsoft Office, trade specific applications, and various Operating Systems.

• As the Chief Operations Officer of the Iota Xi Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, I was responsible for the oversight, motivation, and accountability of all officers within the organization without the ability to offer any sort of monetary compensation. While in office, I was able to facilitate a 500% increase in the community service hours of our members and a 200% increase in fundraising revenues.

• At the age of 14 I began employment at Ledo Pizza & Pasta as a cashier. After turning 16 I was promoted to a server. Once reaching the age of 18 I was promoted to a Front of House Manager on Duty. When the General Manager was not present, my responsibilities included serving tables, managing inventory, handling money, motivating employees, holding employees accountable for their performance, and providing all customer service needs.
