Throughout my childhood, I have always sought out opportunities to be able to help others. For example, in middle school, I was part of a program called Where Everyone Belongs and it was my job to make sure that everyone felt included and well-integrated into their new school. This program was just the foundation for my future. In High School, I walked with what I had learned in that program and applied it to my daily life. During High School, I was on Cross Country for all 4 years, made the honor roll, got a job, and worked towards giving back to my middle school by helping establish a recycling initiative there to help increase funding and protect the environment. Currently, I am working on obtaining more experience in the engineering sector, but these other activities have taught me very valuable skills.
