As Deputy Team leader,I am expected to work at a fast pace and use all the pressures of my job to my advantage to run the production line and reach daily targets ,manage and solve all problems within the workshop.I have fantastic product knowledge and this shows through my confidence and ease when addressing my team of 40 plus in which we all strive to use our strengths to achieve maximum productivity.

During my time at Grenville stores I worked in a very small team this meant that a lot of responsibility was placed to me. We were a very busy establishment and through this I learnt the importance of multi-tasking meaning i was able to utilize my time to achieve maximum productivity for myself and my team. I was also able to keep a very hungry queue of people smiling and happy, building a great customer base. i was trusted to be in control of stock taking weekly and the opening and closing of the business daily.

After finishing the last part of my welding fabrication apprenticeship within the company they were very happy to keep me full time. working within a hard working team to achieve targets aswell as on my own for major UK companies building bodies and fitting them on to the chassis. being able to MIG,TIG,MMA Weld with all metals gave me lots of responsibilities and other oppertunities within the company.

Whilst doing my apprenticeship within the company i learned the importance of health and safety and the use of heavy machinery within a fast pace as well as welding with MIG,TIG and MMA in the correct manner. having fantastic housekeeping skills for the safety of myself and others. working on site and in the workshop with costumers to reach their top satisfaction of the end product which built great costumer relations daily.
