Uefa A Licence Coach Graduated through the Peterborough United Youth Academy making over 50 senior appearences before moving to Lincoln City. After 2 years at Lincoln moved into non league playing for Gainsborough, Corby Town & Boston UnitedBegan my coaching career in 2008 working within the Peterborough United Academy. Having worked right through the ages as the u11's, 14's & 16's Manager, I became Youth Development Phase Lead in 2014 & in 2015 became Head of Academy Coaching & Professional Development Phase Coach. Alongside this I founded Semple Skillz in 2008 working in primary, comprehensive & special needs schools through after school clubs, lunch times & ppa cover.In July 2017 I began my role as Elite Coach Mentee at The Football Association. This role consists of being a technical coach for both the Men’s U18 and U16 National teams on International camps. As well as working with players at the highest level of youth football, being a part of the squad selection process, schedule planning and management team has allowed me to further demonstrate and develop my skills in an elite setting. Alongside this I have been on a 3 week placement in Madrid, working as a coach with the Juvenali, (U19) squad at a Segunda B Division club. Here I also completed regular Spanish lessons, something that has carried on throughout the year. This has given me the tools to further enhance my ability to communicate effectively. During the year I have also spent time working within professional coach education on qualifications ranging from The FA Level 2 all the way through to the Uefa A Licence & Advanced Youth Award.
