My name is Ryan Seng and I've been involved with the Fire Service since I was 16. I've been working as a Resident Firefighter/EMT for Black Forest Fire Rescue for two years before being hired full-time in 2018. I've also been working a seasonal position with the City of Colorado Springs at Garden of the Gods as a Park Safety Officer since 2016 every summer. with Black Forest, I perform fire safety and suppression, emergency medical, rescue, community, and educational functions. With Garden of the Gods, I perform security, park interpretation, first aid, and trail maintenance functions. I'm currently looking for part-time work for the fall, winter, and spring seasons and potentially summer season as well.
