Conduct Non Destructive Test by using methods such as Remote visual Inspection, Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Testing (MT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Ultra Sonic Testing (UT), Radio-graphic Testing (RT) and SpectrOil analysis program to all Air asset of the Philippine Air force and other government agency.

 Utilized NDI methodologies for applications in structural mechanics to test the integrity of plane parts. Interpreted and evaluated indication of test method in terms of parts and components by analysis of indication and recommends rework of Ferro magnetic metals indications depth limitations rework. Conducted training classes for Level I and Level II NDT Inspectors. Piloted periodic inspection or work activities and functions to determine the status of capability to meet mission requirements. Planned workloads, schedules of work assignment and establishes work control standards. Provided and controlled the use of NDI equipment and materials. Coordinated work schedules with other affected activities. Oriented new personnel and assigned specific functions and responsibilities. Supervised performance of NDI tasks and methods. Led team of Level I and Level II Inspectors to ensure aircraft did not have failed components.

 Interprets layouts and assembly of all parts of aircraft. Locates and drills holes, and installs aircraft fasteners using pneumatic riveters and especially formed expanding backing tools. Performs repairs on primary and secondary structural components, flush and non-skin repair. Repairs and modifies aircraft metal structures. Repairs damaged parts and inspects structures such as frames, stringers, bulkheads, spar, ribs, stiffener, wings, nacelles, movable control surfaces and external skin. Installs reinforcement and patches, reams bolt holes to exact size Creates layout on sheet metal for required parts in accordance to drawing. Cuts and trims sheet metal parts using hand and power cutting tools. Inspects damages or deteriorations and determines feasibility of repairs or necessary of replacement. Examines sample of damaged parts and structures to determine repair or fabrication procedures and sequence of operations. Locates and designs dimension and reference on defective or replacement part using templates, scribes, compass and steel ruler. Cleans, strips primes and sands structural surfaces and materials bonding. Responsible for a clean, safe and secure workplace all the time, and ensures the waste materials, oils, fluids, alodine are handled properly.
