As a Senior Field Deputy at the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, I support the public administration and policy-making of the largest county in the United States. With a BA in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, I have a strong foundation in the principles and practices of government and civic engagement. I have more than four years of experience in field research and operations, conducting surveys, interviews, and outreach activities to collect and analyze data, identify issues, and communicate findings and recommendations. I also coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, collaborations, and relationships with various stakeholders, such as community & faith-based organizations, business owners, elected officials, government staff, media outlets, and the general public. I am passionate about serving the diverse and dynamic needs of the county's residents, while advancing the strategic goals and vision of the board, and contributing to the public good and social justice.
