Used OPERA Hotel Management software to generate contracts and reservations. Responsible for overseeing the reservations department, changing rates for peak seasons, managing waitlists, and performing daily maintenance within the reservations system. Instituted the use of social networking marketing tools, including Facebook and Twitter, to promote the property.

Responsible for assisting the Public Relations Director in preparing press releases and publicity materials for promotion of the Museum’s exhibits and events. Also responsible for promoting event spaces at the Museum’s several locations, securing contracts for rentals and overseeing events occurring in the Museums.
