• Lead tracking and analysis of all Sourcing savings initiatives on the Direct side of the business to ensure we attain all negotiated savings from Kroger suppliers; National Brand, Private Label, Fresh, Commodities• Report Direct savings on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to several departments across the company, including Merchandising and Finance• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts on weekly basis to provide updates to Sourcing, Finance and Merchandising• Assisted in transition to new program management tool Per Angusta; manage and update forecasts at project level every period to account for any forecast risk• Co-developed new analysis tool in Alteryx to help drive efficiencies in National Brand reporting; tool provides new visibility to key performance metrics that enables Sourcing, Finance and Merchandising to better manage the business• Meet on period basis with Sourcing team members to lend insights on projects that are exceeding or missing expectations so they can take necessary actions with CPGs• Implemented new tracking process for Private Label savings initiatives to enhance accuracy; conduct periodic trainings to confirm team members understand the process• Act as financial approver for Direct projects to confirm baseline and forward-looking financial projections are in line with historical and market trends• Assist in annual budget building process by working with Senior Leadership to align on in-scope projects and forecasted savings• Support and manage direct report on daily basis to help foster continuous improvement and satisfactory performance

- Lead all recruiting and interviewing efforts and ultimately decide which candidates to offer for the Enterprise Sourcing Intern positions- Collaborate with Enterprise Sourcing Senior Leadership to identify appropriate team(s) to place Intern(s)

• Work in 4-month waves to assist Category Managers with shelf-reset process by leading profit improvement negotiations with top CPGs in specific center-store category• Leverage 84.51 consumer behavior data and IRI market data to drive profit improvement initiatives with CPGs• Analyze 12-month business proposals from CPGs and provide financial analysis to Category Manager to assist with key decisions regarding assortment• Conduct promotional analysis to optimize promotional strategies for assigned category• Create 12-month implementation forecast of Sales, Volume, Cost and Gross Margin Dollars by CPG and total category• Acted as Project Owner for May 2020 pilot program on 4 HBC categories; responsible for providing feedback on new process, hitting milestones and co-leading CPG negotiations with CPGs• From November 2018 – July 2020, drove profit improvement across the Frozen Breakfast, Frozen Desserts, Bath Tissue, Cookies, Frozen Multi Serve, Feminine Hygiene (2), Adult Incontinence, Deodorants and Sinus & Allergy categories• In May 2018, worked on cross-functional team to execute Mega Vendor Pilot Program that evaluated 4 major CPGs entire portfolio at Kroger

- Prepare daily revenue report and distribute to Finance department and top executives- Update ten –fifteen client’s billing schedules on a daily basis to ensure all invoices are accurate- Assist clientele with any concerns they may have regarding billing schedules- Prepare Travel and Expense reports for top executives- Work in Salesforce database and Microsoft Access on daily basis to perform above job tasks
