I am a project developer and management consultant. I formed Fleet Development to help solve the issue of renewable energy access for underprivileged Americans. We find creative ways to install solar on the rooftops of affordable housing properties. We are also developing 100% low-income subscriber community solar projects in Oregon. I also work extensively with Viridian Management, a top tier affordable housing property management company. I’ve spent several years helping this company achieve its goals of transforming its culture and processes to make it one of the top companies to work for in Oregon. The knowledge I learned working in the affordable housing industry helped me realize the need for connecting people with few resources to renewable energy.I also teach organizational leadership, theory, structure and conflict resolution for the University of San Diego’s Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership Masters program (LEPSL). The concepts in these courses are interdisciplinary and are sourced from my past experience as a Marine Corps officer. I use them every day to build the teams and trust necessary for our work at Fleet and its affiliated companies.
