• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements and consolidations. prior to submission.
• Quarterly preparation of Federal Reserve and Office of Thrift Supervision reporting.Reports include: FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FR Y-11, FR Y-10, FR Y-8, FR Y-6 & H(b}-11
• Audit and investor liaison for informational requests.
• Review' audit reports and tax returns for accuracy.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations.

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare and review annual budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements to checkbook and general ledger.
• Update audit wolk-papers and fixed asset system monthly.

• Accounting for properties with bond financing and.construction in progress.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of REIT properties and roll-forward calculations.
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany account balances.
• Provide support during the yearly budget preparation.
• Assist with the 'training of new Financial Accountants.
• Prepare year-end audit packages and respond to all auditor inquiries.

• Responsible for the reporting and analysis of financial information for a portfolio of apartmentcommunities.
• ·Maintain general ledgers and bank accounts for assigned portfolio of communities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly operating statements for internal users, lenders, and governmentagencies (HUD. SEC, and various state agencies).
• Monitor all debt, tax, and other related· payments.
• Prepare year-end audit workpapers for independent CPA firm; respond to auditor inquiries, reviewdraft annual'.audited financial statements, and re~on(l to HUD correspondence regarding thefinancials.
