During my time at UPS-SCS I have supported 3 facilities across 2 different business sectors, Service Parts Logistics (SPL) as well as Healthcare. Both sectors have demanded adaptability and integration to resolve their unique challenges. In SPL, much of my work was surrounding cost-savings and process improvements for return/service parts. Healthcare demands the similar support requirements but I needed to add to my knowledge regarding facility specifications for processing in Cold Chain and Secured storage media with an understanding of FDA laws and regulations controlling the inventory quality.
