My role involves working with entrepreneurs, owner-managers, large corporates, management teams and private equity on a wide range of corporate transactions. My primary focus is in selling privately owned businesses, usually with a value of between £10m and £150m, to trade and private equity acquirers.My sector focus is within the Business Support Services and Industrials markets, with a particular focus on the Buildings Products and Services markets. However I have a wide range of transaction experience and have advised on transactions across Consumer, TMT, Industrials, BSS, Food & Beverage and Healthcare sectors.Our Corporate Finance team are an award-winning team, regularly recognised in both regional and national awards and regularly ranked as the most active mid-market M&A adviser in the UK. I have been recognised with nominations for Young Dealmaker of the Year in the Central & East Insider Dealmakers Awards for the last three years.Our Grant Thornton UK team works closely with our M&A colleagues from across the world and I have strong relationships with our member firms in key territories from my work on key international deals and wider work on our global M&A practice.
