Responsible for the communications division (manned 24x7) supporting a 115 member Joint Staff Team executing global operations & no-fail nuclear/contingency command & control. This series of systems enables the decision making & DoD direction for POTUS, SecDef, CJCS, and CCDRs.

Responsible for Pentagon Communications (manning 24x7) command & control support to over 45,000 customers in/around the national capital region. Utilized a host of network monitoring systems, coordinated, monitored, & executed VIP travel at the highest levels of DoD. Responsible for restoration of services to all impacted customers.
