As a Licensing Mentor at Fidelity Investments, I help new hires prepare for the SIE and Series 7 exams, leveraging my own experience and credentials in the securities industry. I joined Fidelity in June 2021 as a Customer Relationship Advocate, and quickly advanced to a Retirement Representative and then a Licensing Mentor, demonstrating my skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Before Fidelity, I worked as an Assistant Project Manager at GCI Residential, LLC and Goldberg Companies, Inc., where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in project management, accounting, and invoicing, using tools such as Southware and Procore. I also hold a Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) certification, which attests to my proficiency in using the leading construction management software. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Statistics and Analytics and Economics, which gave me a strong foundation in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and economic principles. I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges in the dynamic and rewarding field of financial services.
