-Working with a global team on current and future manufacturing processes with focus on production of battery systems and modules.-Utilizing lean manufacturing tools to assist with throughput of manual production stations. -Improvement in the manufacturing of RCB units for battery systems and reducing operation steps of manual battery module processes.-Creating efficient and effective layout for internal warehouse and part presentation when shifting to an external warehouse for bulk inventory. -Leading project focusing on physical waste streams and scrap during production of battery systems. Creating a foundation for future improvement activity.-Managing materials and tools necessary for production validation trails during the acceptance testing of a new battery module line at a different location.-Created a resourcing planning sheet for a 50+ Million dollar battery project for over 50 individuals between two countries.Utilized in acceptance testing and projects with suppliers.-Responsible for various projects for line improvement on the shop floor of our integrator and internally in Hazel Park.-Development of Work Instructions for manual and semi-automatic operations-Creating Process Flows for future product developments by comparing processes to current operations. -Assisting in the formation of lessons learned from previous manufacturing projects

Including CMM and Gaging equipment.-Organized and completed project for reducing quality concerns, increasing production efficiency, and increasing operator effectiveness.-Dimensional & Visual Inspection of parts as related to drawing and specification.-Creating and updating value stream maps and producing time motion studies for manual manufacturing processes to assist in operational excellence.
