Chief Operating Officer
I joined F12 after the acquisition of Level4.Oversaw a team of over 170 staff spanning 4 primary operational divisions (Support, Project Delivery, Technical Consulting and Account Management) across 3 provinces and 10 locations.Championed the selection and implementation of a framework of industry leading professional services automation systems to capture and aggregated data across the organization. The outcome of this project was the redesign of how F12 tracked, managed, and reported on KPIs across the business and provided a foundation for all future integration of acquired businesses. Responsible for developing and guiding the strategy that enabled F12 to fully integrate 8 acquisitions over a 3-year period adding an additional $25 million in revenue to the core business.Oversaw the primary financial forecasting and budgeting of the business including the operational teams labour budget that is in excess of $12 million. Acting as a change agent to inspire teams, build trust and share the future vision of F12’s position in a highly competitive, constantly evolving industry.Implemented a continual service improvement program that maintains an industry leading customer satisfaction score across more than 25,000 documented monthly client interactions.

In January 2019 Ryan led Level4's acquisition by F12.net.In his role, Ryan is responsible for the overall strategy of the company. He is focused on setting and developing strategic goals and plans for the company’s growth. Ryan has spent the majority of his professional career with Level4. He began working with the organization in 2001 while still attending University majoring in Computer Information Systems then progressed his way through the organization working in multiple roles including Inside Sales, Project Manager, Service Manager, Director of Operations, President, and now serves as the company’s CEO.Through his work with the organization, Ryan has been responsible for some of the company’s major milestones and achievements. He was essential in the development of the company’s internal systems, restructuring of the service division, and instrumental in the company’s first acquisition.
