Use Lean methodology to design lines that produce motors in an efficient way while maintaining all customer requirements• Develop an Engineering team that can lead change while infusing new technology and advance the company to be a state-of-the-art manufacturer of electric motors and motor components• Oversight of the Facility and Equipment Maintenance team to keep the plant running as designed and use TPM methodology to minimize downtime and keep all processes running at maximum efficiency
