I underwent my 3rd year at the University of Liverpool, on a BA (hons) Business management degree course. I am undergoing an international placement year in Portugal for Europe's biggest commission laminator Texla, pt. I am working alongside the sales and projects team where we specialize in the automotive sector.

Throughout the summer break from my studies at The University of Liverpool, I secured a job at Direct 365 in the finance department, where I specialised in accounts payable, whilst offering a helping hand into all sections of the team, dealing with bank reconciliations, cash flow, invoicing and many different tasks within the team.

Over the Christmas break from my studies at the University of Liverpool I sourced work with Direct 365 in the credit control department, where I focused on helping streamline the processes, and implementing new methods to chase debt. Throughout my 4 months I gained valuable customer relations skills, communication skills and further improved my IT skills, in particular becoming efficient in excel. Whilst also gaining insight into the working world and seeing the day to day processes within the business.
