Responsible for overseeing and managing the technical support and service delivery of the organization. Ensure that the technical issues and requests of the users and clients are resolved quickly and effectively, and that the technical staff are well-trained and productive. Also plan and implement technical projects, policies, and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Design, configure, install and maintain virtualization environment.• Design, configure, install and maintain LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure. • Design, configure, install and maintain wireless data networking systems supporting day to day operations at office.• Design, configure and maintain enterprise data centers – Power and cooling.• Model and forecast WAN/LAN traffic to ensure sufficient capacity is in place to meet growth. • Analyzes network performance trends, recognizes opportunities and proactively implements upgrades and enhancements. • Act as a lead engineer on critical infrastructure projects.• Work closely with IT management to provide alignment between security processes and business goals through established cybersecurity roadmap.• Develop, implement, maintain standards documents, policies and runbooks for network and security resource administration and appropriate use.• Plan, evaluate, recommend, design and implement security solutions for moderately complex projects, including preparation of cost justifications, use cases, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations.• Support independent 3rd party audits, assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and reporting to internal and external entities as required to fulfill compliance obligations.• Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of Network Administrators

Research, develops and integrates new network technologies into the IT infrastructure. • Analyzes network performance trends, recognizes opportunities and proactively implements upgrades and enhancements. • Coordinates with and manages vendors, including development and oversight of RFP's, contracts and Service Level Agreements. • Provide Tier III support per request, investigate and troubleshoot issues.• Model and forecast WAN/LAN traffic to ensure sufficient capacity is in place to meet growth. • Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains acceptance and approval.• Provide leadership for all aspects of projects associated with Mobility such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), support and provisioning of Mobile Devices along with a contributory role of technology roadmaps associated with Mobility and Mobile Devices. • Provide leadership, coaching & mentoring to network peers, system administrators, and the Help Desk.• Performs other appropriate functions as directed by the Technical Services Manager or Director of IS.

• Install new/rebuild existing servers in VMWare environment.• Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.• Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and sent off site while periodically testing Business Continuity Plan.• Design, configure, install and maintain current supported Windows networks environment. This includes installation, upgrades and maintenance of Active Directory.• Provide Tier II support per request, investigate and troubleshoot issues.• Maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems by reviewing configurations and applying patches and updates to maintain network compliance.• Providing AS/400 general support and connectivity support to users, including documenting problems and resolutions.• Design, configure, install and maintain the corporate Anti-virus infrastructure• Keeps current with the latest in PC hardware and software technology. Uses technology for productivity improvements in the office and in off-site field locations.• Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains acceptance and approval.• Design, configure, install and maintain desktop asset management and imaging.** Development of desktop computing environment standards and approved software catalog.** Establish and implement industry best practices as they relate to deployment and security.** Develop process and procedures for patch management.• Performs other appropriate functions as directed by the Technical Services Manager or Director of IS.
