In this role I assist the FCA dealer network on issues such as parts interpretation, stock availability and suitability, warranty issues, parts claims, back orders and technical parts information. I am fully versed in all FCA aftersales processes and procedures allowing me to assist the network with customer issues and offer solutions to best serve customer satisfaction.I also am a support analyst for the FCA PRIM parts replenishment system assisting dealers and the Area Zone Managers with any issues arising from their daily stock proposal and buybacks. I compile purchase reports and monitor and input service level orders.

Responsible for all aspects of running a busy parts department covering Alfa Romeo, fiat, Fiat Professional, Chrysler, Jeep, Subaru and Citroen. reporting daily to the General Manager and managing a team of parts advisors and delivery drivers to maximise efficiency and sales within the department and the dealership. Other duties were to manage the stock holding, manufacturer targets and promotions, negotiate wholesale parts deals and control online parts shop and eBay shop.I was also made Head of Service and Parts between May 2014 and December 2014 whilst the dealership searched for a suitable Service Manager. during this time I controlled all aspects of the aftersales department including front desk and workshop and reported daily to the General Manager detailing forecasts and workshop productivity and efficiency.I was also health and safety committee member.
