Managed the development and implementation of over $100 million in global capital projects involving matrixed teams focused on the installation and expansion of manufacturing capacity. Overall responsibility for ensuring the project’s compliance with safety, scope, schedule, cost, and other project specific deliverables and customer requirements such as product quality, equipment and process capability, machine and line rates, equipment uptime, etc. Led international teams to complete projects in China, Poland, New York, North Carolina, and Kentucky, including MOU relocations to China (1 year) and Kentucky (18 months). Developed and led training for a corporate capital management program focused on front end engineering and project definition. Second in Command of a Stryker Brigade Combat Team Engineer Company; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and combat readiness of over $40,000,000 in organizational engineer combat and construction equipment, to include 53 pieces of rolling stock and associated sets, kits, and outfits; directs and supervises company commodity shops including operations, supply, communications, and arms room; plans and coordinates sustainment and logistical support through higher, adjacent, and supporting units; fostered a positive climate which enabled mission accomplishment through collective achievement.

Leader of a Combined Arms Route Clearance Platoon in the 43d Combat Engineer Company assigned to 2d Squadron, 3d Cavalry Regiment; Led 39-person combat engineer platoon providing the only mobility support for 5,000 person forward operating base in Afghanistan. Led team to detect and reduce explosive hazards while maintaining and operating 26 vehicles and $40 million of equipment. Directed reintegration and follow-on training after redeployment. • Planned and led execution of over 35 combat missions in Afghanistan; cleared over 3,000 kilometers of critical supply routes with no loss of life or equipment; supported over 20 follow-on missions to disrupt insurgent operations.• Led platoon requested on multiple occasions to support Special Operations Forces executing operations independent of higher headquarters outside of established Ground Defense Zone; effectively supported strategic combat objectives.

Led 2-person team collecting, analyzing, synchronizing, and disseminating intelligence for 100-person company operating across 3 provinces and 4 task forces in Afghanistan. Maintained 29 vehicles critical to route clearance operations in a combat area, coordinating between company, 600-person squadron, 3,500-person regiment, and 6 field service agencies•Planned/led logistics to deploy 100-person combat engineer company and $5 million of equipment from US to Afghanistan with full accountability; coordinated follow-on movement of personnel and $35 million of equipment with no losses.•Managed schedule for commander of 850-person squadron, reviewed commanders’ correspondence, and liaised with Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and senior civilian leaders.
