Since 2006, I've been in the Industrial Plant Railroad, I have accumulated many skills, from working with customers to maintain plant requirements and shipping orders. I also have rail car loading experience of many different products. I have also spent 8 years as a supervisor working with a team. Having deadlines set out with weekly orders and plant requirements to stay operating.Also, being aware of the risks that are involved with daily switching activities. How critical railway safety is and teaching, sharing my knowledge with new to the field coworkers and the older ones as well. I love what I do within the rail industry. The daily changing aspect of it really makes you use your head and make a plan to work efficiently and safely.
