Also holds the PG Diploma in ManagementStarted my career as an avionics instructor , I have worked for leading GA MRO's like Indamer, Interglobe General Aviation, Airworks as avionics engineer with responsibility for aircraft maintenance and maintenance management.Spanning over 18 plus years on corporate aircraft maintenance, my maintenance experience gained on avionics/electrical/Airframe/Engine maintenance on aircrafts ranging from King Air B200/250, Premier1/1A, Hawker 789 series, Cessna citation, Avanti, Gulfstream G150, G500/550 and Falcon 2000. Leading a team of aircraft engineers and technicians, I have been into line/base maintenance certification, modifications, avionics upgrades, STC installations, SB compliance including certification and association for inspection schedules up to 8 year/1600 hrs, Engine/APU change, Engine fan blade replacement due AOG, 2 yearly RVSM( pitot-static & transponder) checks and troubleshooting of avionics/electrical system during line maintenance, assisting crew in isolating faults at remote station, providing preventive , cost effective & quality maintenance input to customers to ensure maximum availability of aircraft.

Work with the Line Maintenance managers(LMM)/Base Maintenance Managers(BMM) and Director-Engineering to coordinate the day to day activities, provide day to day oversight as required and act as a key point of contact as a subject matter expert.Work with the LMM/BMM to allocate manpower to support Hangar projects and AOGCommunicate any resource issues to the LMM/BMM/Director maintenanceMaintenance Operations:Daily management and control of assigned project (s), ensuring all work is progressively inspected and certified.Respond to AOG’s as required.Ensure that every single man hour gets recorded before the end of each work day.Ensure spare parts are correctly ordered at correct timeframe to meet project deadlines whilst maintaining appropriate inventory levels within the Service Centre.Request Unscheduled Cards to be raised for additional work through the Projects/ Planning department.Completed projects are certified correctly, provided to Projects/ Planning department for process of log book and invoices at project completion.Provide input into quotations and estimates for line maintenance and modifications.
