As an Impact Equity Fund Manager, I was responsible for leading impact portfolio idea generation, detailed sustainability analysis, and monitoring of investments using in-house research and variety of third-party systems. Major Roles:Obtaining detailed knowledge of emerging sustainable technologies across health-tech, clean-tech, fitness-tech, and ed-tech sectors, liaising with multiple portfolio companies on sustainability issues such as climate strategy, biodiversity, employee welfare, and corporate governance factors, delivering comprehensive presentations at conferences to clients on fund performance and broader impact and sustainable investing topics, author fund's annual impact report and various regulatory disclosures, including SDR and SFDR compliance documentation, authoring fund's blog, providing insights on impact investing trends and strategies, and executing business-wide sustainability strategies and targets, including portfolio decarbonisation whilst operating as senior member of Artemis Sustainability Committee.Key Accomplishments:* Launched SFDR Article 9, Artemis Positive Future Fund - which raised £175M AUM, targeting global equity impact investments in fast-growing, small and mid-capitalisation companies.* Established impact investment research process evidencing intentionality/materiality/additionality, in accordance with emerging best practice which secured independent sustainability fund labels for fund's distinctive approach

Responsible for spearheadng all facets of ESG research and integration of findings into investment decision-making processes.
