I am driving toward an MBA with a focus on Applied Management because I want to help establish and maintain effective workplace environments that will make every individual feel valued and respected. During my work experience in food service, university housing, and corporate America my values never wavered because I treated each individual in a way that was fair and consistent. I made an impact on other students across the campus and was awarded the Outstanding Senior in Management and Outstanding First Year RA in a First-Year Dorm at Northern Arizona University.Learning for me extends beyond the classroom as I am currently studying for the SHRM Exam and have earned multiple certifications in the study of digital marketing. I would bring high-level skills surrounding leadership and communication while still being able to uphold and manage the delicate intricacies that surround project management due to my high attention to detail and technical skills. I am excited to keep learning and begin my professional journey with another like-minded organization in the summer of 2024.
