Current- Facilitate project planning and oversee the advancement of tasks, significant milestones, potential risks, and project deliverables
- Identify and manage project staffing and communicate the need for additional skills when necessary
- Responsible for past performance
- Oversee client expectations and act as the main point of contact, while consistently conducting check-ins to cultivate and sustain a strong and trusting relationship
- Provide technical guidance and establish work product standards, attendance/participation requirements, and deadline expectations
- Deliver timely feedback to team members regarding work products and support on the project
