This is proven in my annual appraisals which is always above 90%.With over twelve (12) years experience as an office clerk in the Commission, I was chosen to spearhead the team of engineers together with the IT department, in developing the new Estimating Program for the Commission. This involved building and testing the system to ensure that all calculations are done accurately and up to T&TEC's standards and give precise report to the General Manager. Also, with the knowledge and experience that I have working at T&TEC, I am able to host training sessions to educate and train other employees about estimating and the process involved. I was always given the opportunity to work/act at high positions when required.
