Lead cross functional teams through strategic sourcing projects to achieve cost savings and improved quality across multiple strategic business units in the Machining and Castings, Forgings, and Raw Material commodities. - Lead teams responsible for multiple transitions with a combined $10 million in spend achieving over $2.5 million in annual savings- Execute large supplier exit transitions with executive level oversight to mitigate security of supply risks- Support management with strategic sourcing decisions- Conduct long term agreement negotiations with machining suppliers to improve payment terms and achieve annual cost savings for the length of the agreement

Lead a team of project engineers responsible for mechanical and electrical controls accessories as well as maintain project engineering ownership over multiple electrical controls accessories on various Military and Large Commercial aircraft engines.- Lead team members in investigations, engineering changes, supplier management and customer milestone tracking- Present findings and project status reports, both verbal and written, to internal and external engineering, sourcing, and procurement senior management - Create and maintain contractor purchase orders- Create U.S. Military commercial customer proposals including manpower planning, L2 schedules, Earned Value tracking, and basis of estimates- Manage multiple tasks to an overall SPI/CPI of 1.00/1.26 as the Cost Account Manager- Interact with and manage suppliers
