Lead a team of supply chain analysts responsible for $80M in spend in the Sensors and Integrated Systems machining commodity- Lead team to develop and execute business unit strategic sourcing initiatives in the machining commodity- Contribute to cross business unit teams to establish and coordinate company-wide supply chain strategies- Track and report weekly and monthly status updates on projects and yearly objectives to executive levelleadership- Manage supplier relationships to facilitate contract negotiations and improved performance

Lead a team of project engineers responsible for mechanical and electrical controls accessories as well as maintain project engineering ownership over multiple electrical controls accessories on various Military and Large Commercial aircraft engines.- Lead team members in investigations, engineering changes, supplier management and customer milestone tracking- Present findings and project status reports, both verbal and written, to internal and external engineering, sourcing, and procurement senior management - Create and maintain contractor purchase orders- Create U.S. Military commercial customer proposals including manpower planning, L2 schedules, Earned Value tracking, and basis of estimates- Manage multiple tasks to an overall SPI/CPI of 1.00/1.26 as the Cost Account Manager- Interact with and manage suppliers

Responsible for multiple electrical controls accessories on various Military and Large Commercial aircraft engines, leading field and development failure investigations as well as completing Class I & II engineering changes.Responsibilities Included:- Led critical failure investigation through root cause, including fault tree diagram creation, extensive testing, data analysis, root cause identification, and drafting and presenting conclusions in the final customer report- Led cross functional teams through the design review processes on several U.S. Military and commercial customer Engineering Changes - Member of cross-functional team assigned to transfer ownership of commercial engine controls components from external company to internally controlled group - Initiated, maintained and completed Engineering Standard Work for all engineering changes- Led FAA, TCCA, and United States Air Force certification programs including testing, acting as a test witness, and writing, presenting and reviewing test plans and reports- Created, maintained, tracked and reported earned value to the internal and external customers
