My mission is to lead a team of 5 Catholic Missionaries trained to invest in college students and challenge them to learn and grow in their faith, while equipping them to lead their peers. My goal at Ole Miss is to raise up world leaders who can transform culture by becoming the best versions of themselves. As director, I hold weekly meetings with the missionaries and parish staff to ensure common goals and shared vision. Time with students is focused on mentoring them in human, spiritual, intellectual and apostolic formation.- Led campus recruitment efforts which led to 3 male hires for the organization.- Direct a men's formation group that emphasizes growth in soul, skills, service and solidarity.- Maintain relationships with more than 70 partners who financially support 100% of my salary.Previous Assignments: San Diego State University, Ole MissMission Trips:- Mexico City during spring break of 2016. Co-led a trip with 38 students from fraternities and sororities from 3 different states. The trip included working with the "street kids" and homeless. As well as encountering the women of "Villa Mujeres." The trip included visiting El Universidad to talk with college students as well seeing pilgrimage sites.

Senior Portfolio Manager: Responsible for updating the $300,000 portfolio on fund accounts in Bloomberg and Morningstar as well as tracking the portfolio's overall allocations.Financial Sector Analyst: Tracked the Fund's $45,000 Financial Sector holdings and presented to team members equities to sell and buy.Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Analyst: Followed the REIT sector and purchased stock in a company that saw a 19% return during my time as analyst.

Worked as a summer intern in the office in Boulder. Organized relational material for clients across multiple contact points. Assisted in creating financial workbooks for the lead planner.
