• Led the finance integration efforts for ten acquisitions, including an international acquisition with ongoing revenue streams and a post-close product launch• Represented finance during meetings with Google’s acquisition deal team that included corporate development, legal, and product functions to raise potential deal integration issues• Designed analysis utilized by CFO and VPs that portrays status and complexity of integrations

• Lead senior associate for Del Monte Foods Company audit in San Francisco; a bi-location audit that consisted of 9,000 hours and involved the project management of multiple specialists• Managed and performed integrated audits to examine financials and controls for compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley 404. Other projects include preparation of comfort letters for purposes of stock and debt offerings, attestations, and agreed upon procedures• Significant public clients include: Del Monte Foods Company, Visa - for purposes of their IPO, Wells Fargo Bank, ABM Industries, Digital Realty Trust, and NetSuite
