I've been with Mystic Lake Casino for 15+ years in the Surveillance Department and I've grown with the company. I've gone from maintaining a system that was based on VCR technology & doing a full digital conversion to DVR technology. The position of “Surveillance Technician” grew into my current role as “Network Administrator” that ended up being a perfect fit for my skill set & education. I've adapted myself to be the "systems expert" as well as the "go-to" guy for any needs focused around our technologies.I take much pride in my work and I stand behind anything that I put my hands into. If it's something that gets done and one tries to run away from, then it's something that one didn't do right. I’m never afraid to ask for help and enjoy collaboration to come up with value engineered solutions to meet any needs of the company. The most fun experiences typically come from the most abstract perspectives that sometimes end up pioneering a trail to new solutions.
