Manage company-wide program for the identification, redeployment or rationalization of surplus, obsolete or idle equipment used in the daily operation of the midstream industry. Develop methodology and standards to calculate or determine equipment Fair Market ValueNegotiate sales prices and terms of surplus equipment to outside parties. Construct and execute sales agreements for each outside sale. Develop, negotiate and manage relationships with third party vendors to optimize costs associated with rebuilding, repairing or disposing of surplus assets. Manage cross-company communications between asset areas on the availability of surplus/idle equipment and assets that can be reused internally.

Greater Denver Area

Functioned as the sole Project Coordinator for the Commercial team in the DJ Basin/Weld County, the fastest growing Asset within DCP Midstream. Work closely with Commercial Account Managers and Hydraulics Engineers to review customer drilling schedules, locations of wells to be drilled, and expected initial production volumes to determine the most economic and accessible segments of the gathering system of which to connect, and the necessary diameter of pipe needed to flow multiple horizontal wells at the lowest possible pressures. Communicate well connect plans with the DCP Weld County Construction and Right of Way teams to determine the best possible tie-in points in the gathering system based on available gathering system pipe sizes and pipeline pressures in the immediate area.

Source and recruit qualified candidates for all operations positions within the North, Mid-Continent and South business units, as well as the Tulsa regional corporate office.Responsible for planning and execution of the annual DCP College Engineer recruiting event for 2012 and 2013. Activities included: Determining target schools from which to recruit, attending college engineering job fairs, conducting on-campus interviews, planning and coordination of the final interviews and recruiting event at the corporate office, facilitating the final event, participation in the final selection process, and extending offers to all successful students at the conclusion of the event. Met new hire goals for every location each year of facilitating the event.Work daily with operations teams in three separate business units to ensure they receive the types and experience levels of candidates needed for both safe and reliable operation on a daily basis.
