Multimedia Developer
Current• Responsible for design thinking, campaign development, and art direction/production from concept to completion.• Lead rebranding efforts and develop corporate brand design system, including setting and upholding quality and production standards.• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience leaders to develop and produce key marketing messages to support Company’s sales and marketing efforts, including but not limited to increased brand awareness and independent agent growth.• Design and produce visual, textual, and animated content to support Company strategic messaging, including email, print collateral, posters, infographics, traditional and new media advertising; social media, websites, microsite/landing pages, and videos.• Develop and present slide decks for both corporate and executive use.• Review and approve design work for brand integrity and accuracy.• Research and leverage emerging design trends and technologies.• Maintain clean working design files and design assets.
