Reviewed and decomposed RFI and RFP responses, and wrote BOE evaluations that were used during contract negotiations. Wrote capability-level requirements for programs and coordinated contractor requirement decomposition and verification. Performed IPT Lead business-related duties during an IPT Lead transition period, including ROMs, staffing projections, and inputs for the Program Objective Memorandums (POMs) that were used to secure future fiscal year funding.
