Originally from Scotland, I have been living and working in Krakow, Poland, for over 10 years. I have spent my career working in outsourcing within HR and Sales. I started in the call center and worked my way up to managing departments, so I have a lot of hands-on experience in a multitude of roles within HR and Project Management . Throughout my career I have been leading teams that work in fast paced environments, on complex tools; Google Ads, SAP, Workday, Salesforce. I have been working with clients that have extremely high expectations such as Google, Centrica, BP, Amex, BOA.I have been successful in my roles by focusing on clear goals. Making sure they are clearly communicated. Utilizing data. And making sure that people enjoy coming to work. For the last year I have been a stay at home dad, competed in a half marathon in a respectable time, and wrote 5 children's books. My kids are now in school and daycare so I'm looking to find the next step in my career. Ideal I want to work in a growing company, where I can use all my skills to build something that can make a real difference.
