  Currently on a placement year between July 2023 - July 2024. I handle day-to-day security incidents as they happen while also writing quarterly security reports for a number of different clients. I am also responsible for email security, ensuring that any malicious emails are not released to end users and taking the necessary actions in any case that they are. I also investigate any suspicious sign-ins or activity and communicate with end users to ensure their accounts remain secure. I am often required to liase with our client companies’ senior staff members to carry out managed phishing exercises as well as report any security incidents they need to be aware of.
