Oversee the Modification Portfolio Retention Sales Team and REO Sales Liquidation Team. Ensure the Portfolio Retention staff is soliciting both inbound and outbound leads into Modifications. Manage the Modification Underwriter staff to ensure accurate decision is made in accordance to the underwriting guidelines. Oversee the REO Sales Team closings.

Oversee the performance of the sub-servicers servicing portfolio in all aspect for Default Administration, and Asset Management.
