Current• Created a new resource allocation methodology that gave Alight visibility to where we were spending our engineering capital. This methodology gave leadership the ability to redirect 41 million dollars in resources to highest priority work. • Serve as a change management executive, supporting both the identification and application of new transformation concepts and driving the spread of best practices organization-wide while breaking down barriers along the way.• Implemented a new PDLC (Product Delivery Life Cycle), this gave Alight a paved road from feature ideation to delivery to our customer. This reduced the time taken by 32%.• Lead the redesign of our offshore resources, moving away from 3rd party contract to Alight employee resources. This successful transformation increased productivity, reduced costs, and increased customer satisfaction.
