As a Production Supervisor at Hyundai Mobis North America, I oversee the manufacturing operations of automotive parts and components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards. I also manage a team of 20 production workers, providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.With a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Urbana University, I have developed strong skills in strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and root cause analysis. I have applied these skills to improve the production processes, reduce waste and defects, and increase customer satisfaction. I have also earned multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, a methodology that I use to optimize the manufacturing operations and deliver value to the organization.
