My background is rooted in complex system development for DoD applications across ground stationary, naval, airborne and space environments. The majority of my efforts centered on large scale RF phased arrays for Radar and Electronic Warfare applications, where I have employed hardware design, structural and thermal analysis from component to system level. I have led large multidisciplinary teams that are geographically and organizationally diverse, extensively interfaced with Navy government PMO and the DoD acquisition process, developed technical task planning and schedule and organized large teams as a program manager.
